## Services

General and family medicine, acute care without appointment during opening hours,
preventive check-ups (Vorsorgeuntersuchung), blood tests and laboratory work, resting ECG,
vaccination advice and vaccinations, diabetes and chronic-disease care, thyroid ultrasound
(private service), medically supervised weight management (private service),
video consultations (Videosprechstunde) for eligible insurers, and online prescription requests.

24-hour prescription-request service via the practice's AI telephone assistant and established practice channels. The assistant only records and routes requests; every prescription is issued only after medical review and according to clinical and legal requirements. This is not an emergency service.

## Insurance and billing

- Contracted Austrian public insurers: ÖGK, KFA, BVAEB, SVS.
- With a valid e-card, covered services are usually billed directly to the public insurer.
  Depending on insurer and service, a contribution or private fee may apply.
- UNIQA is a private insurance option, not an Austrian statutory insurer.
- Private and self-paying patients are welcome; expected private fees are explained in advance
  and an itemised invoice (Honorarnote) is provided.
- Internationally insured patients and UN staff receive a detailed itemised invoice to submit
  to their own insurer; reimbursement depends on the individual policy.
- Video consultations (Videosprechstunde): available for KFA, BVAEB and SVS, and for UNIQA as a private service.
  ÖGK video consultations are currently not available; standard online booking remains open
  to all insurance groups.

- Tram lines 30 and 31 run from Bahnhof Floridsdorf directly to the Trillergasse stop.
- From Stammersdorf, tram 30 or 31 goes directly to Trillergasse.
